This stunning handmade ripcord wave roundel measures approximately 20cm in diameter and is 5mm thick and it sits in a beautiful handmade, oak stand with brackets to allow for easy and secure fitting. The colours and textures used for the glass are inspired by watching waves crash onto the beach on Kefalonia, Greece and our own beautiful Norfolk. The piece is made using a combination of sheet glass, cabochon I make myself, frit, mica and dichroic glass to add sparkle. Due to the handmade nature of this product every wave roundel is unique and details will vary such as the size and colours and placements of beads. This piece would look stunning on a window sill or on a shelf with fairly lights behind.
